Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales/marketing calls & emails.
• Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B campaigns (US/UK market preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality frameworks & KPIs.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
