Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnership Manager to drive growth by forging and managing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Development:
    • Identify, approach, and onboard potential partners that align with the company’s goals and values.
    • Develop mutually beneficial proposals and agreements.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales through strategic partnerships, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for partners.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued collaboration and growth.
  4. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve partnership strategies.
  5. Strategic Planning:
    • Design and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
    • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure ROI and recommend improvements.
  6. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for all parties.
    • Ensure compliance with contracts and manage renewals or amendments as needed.
  7. Reporting and Communication:
    • Maintain detailed records of partnership activities and progress.
    • Present regular updates, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in a sales-driven role, preferably involving partnerships or business development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
