Are you passionate about crafting high-converting email campaigns? We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize B2B email campaigns targeting the US/UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create & execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Manage bulk email campaigns for US/UK audiences.
• Build and segment email lists for targeted outreach.
• A/B testing of subject lines, content & CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions).
• Ensure email deliverability & compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR basics).
• Coordinate with sales & content teams for campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing.
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Strong understanding of email automation & drip campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates.
• Analytical mindset & reporting skills.
