Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential partners that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Develop mutually beneficial proposals and agreements.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales through strategic partnerships, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for partners.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued collaboration and growth.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve partnership strategies.
- Strategic Planning:
- Design and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure ROI and recommend improvements.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for all parties.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and manage renewals or amendments as needed.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Maintain detailed records of partnership activities and progress.
- Present regular updates, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 5–7 years in a sales-driven role, preferably involving partnerships or business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
