We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to manage and drive performance for our B2B US/UK campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage B2B sales/marketing operations team.
• Monitor daily KPIs, productivity & quality metrics.
• Conduct team huddles, performance reviews & coaching.
• Ensure target achievement and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with QA, HR & Management.
• Prepare MIS reports & performance dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B operations (US/UK preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years in Team Handling role.
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
